We advise our class members to bring the following:
1) Large water bottle (For hydration)
2) Sunscreen/Sunblock (For protection against the sun)
3) An open, enthusiastic learning spirit!
Do come in comfortable sports attire or beach wear as you'll be moving a lot on the sand.
For those with feet sensitive to heat (during hotter hours), we advise to bring a pair of sand socks OR common thick socks for protection.
We advise students to arrive 10-15 minutes before lesson commencement to properly warm-up for training.
Yes, shower facilities are provided in Sentosa and East Coast Park!
Yes, you may find accessible water stations at both Sentosa and East Coast Park Venues. However, we advise our students to come prepared with a full water bottle before the lesson commences.
